1Who is responsible for your data
GBLAST Mobility Sp. z o.o., Aleja Wojska Polskiego 14, 05-820 Piastów, Poland (NIP 5342694563, KRS 0001172063) is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to info@gblastmobility.pl or call +48 452 153 303 about anything on this page.
2What this covers
This website and its application form, the PartnerGBLAST driver app on driver.partnergblast.pl, and the same app installed from Google Play.
3What we collect
- Identity and contact details: your name, date and country of birth, phone number, email address, city and address.
- Documents you send us: ID card or passport, driving licence, residence or work permit, taxi licence, vehicle documents, and photographs of them.
- Work and earnings: your rides, weekly statements, commission and fees, expenses and invoices, fuel-card transactions, and the earnings we import for your account from the platforms you drive for.
- Payout details: your bank account number and the address that goes on the transfer.
- Support: the messages you send us and our replies.
- Technical records: sign-ins, the device identifier used to deliver push notifications, app version and error logs.
4What we do not collect
The driver app does not track where you are. It asks for no location permission, and none of the screens in it report your position. It carries no advertising, and we never sell personal data or hand it to data brokers.
5Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To run your cooperation with us — registration, documents, rides, settlements and payouts. Performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
- To meet obligations the law puts on us — tax, accounting, invoicing and transport rules. Legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c).
- To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and answer your support messages. Legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).
- To send push notifications, where you switched them on. Consent, Art. 6(1)(a) — withdraw it at any time in the app's settings or in Android's notification settings.
6Who else sees it
- The ride-hailing platforms we set your driver account up with, for as long as you drive on them.
- Our bank, to make your payouts, and the invoicing service that issues your VAT documents.
- Our SMS provider, for the verification codes we text you.
- Google, for push notification delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and for hosting, which runs in the European Union.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it of us.
Each of them receives only what they need for that one job. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7How long we keep it
While your account is open, and afterwards only what the law requires. Deleting your account removes your identifying and payout details at once; the settlement, invoice and accounting records behind rides you have already been paid for stay for the period tax and accounting law sets, currently five years from the end of the accounting year, with your identifiers anonymised so they can no longer be traced back to you by name.
8Deleting your account
Open the driver app and choose Settings, then Delete account. If you can no longer sign in, use the deletion request page on this site. Both routes lead to the same thing: your account is disabled, your name, phone number, email, address and bank details are removed, and all your sessions end.
9Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, for a correction, for erasure, for restriction of processing or for portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@gblastmobility.pl. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
10Security
Traffic to our apps and our backend is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed and never in readable form, and access to driver files is limited to the staff whose work requires it.
11Children
This is a service for professional drivers. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top of it. Changes that affect how we use your data are also announced in the driver app.
